Ի պատասխան ՀՅԴ Երիտասարդականի հղած բողոքի նամակի, Հունգարիայի Ընկերվարական Կուսակցության Երիտասարդական թեւը՝ Սոսիետաս, պաշտոնապես ներողություն է խնդրում հայ ժողովրդից Հունգարիայի իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացված հակամարդկային գործարքի համար և պատասխան եւ բացարտություն է պահանջում պետությունից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Երիտասարդական գրասենյակը ՀՅԴ Երիտասարդականի անունից սեպտեմբերի 5-ին բողոք-նամակ հղեց Հունգարիայի Ընկերվարական կուսակցության երիտասարդական թևին եւ Ընկերվարական միջազգային երիտասարդական կազմակերպություններին՝ պահանջելով դատապարտել Հունգարիայի իշխանությունների կատարած քայլը եւ հստակորեն արտահայտել իրենց դիրքորոշումը:

 We, the directorate of Societas - Left Wing Youth Movement learnt with shock and surprise last weekend about the extradition of Ramil Safarov and his later parole, which has offended the armenian nation greatly.

We condemn this provocative step completely, and hereby we apologize to the armenian nation on behalf of our mombers for the offending step taken by the Government of Hungary.

Even though the cabinet considers the extradition fully aligned with the international law, not foreseeing this step's diplomatic and international political consequences is the certain sign of incompetence in foreign policy.

The extradition of Ramil Safarov is a repeated example of the Orban-regime's inaptitude and moral collapse. The Societas - Left Wing Youth Movement is waiting the answers for not only Attila Mesterházy's, the Hungarian Socialist Party's president's questions to Viktor Orbán, but also puts the following questions to the Cabinet:

 • Why did they not ask for exact guaranties from the other party that the convict, that he will serve his penalty to its completion? Tibor Navracsics and the Ministry led by him was not aware of the fact that parole is possible under the international law?

• Why did the Ministry of Foreign Affairs not warn the decisionmakers about the possible conflicts that may arise from this action? Does János Martonyi control our Homeland's foreign policy, if he lets our government take a step that will raise the tension in between the already tense relationship of two countries?

• But the most important question is: who did make the decision on the extradition? Who is in charge of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice, that is responsible for the legal aspects of the extradition - who is making decisions in legal issues in the hungarian Cabinet? Who is the leader of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs? Who is responsible for bringing shame on our Homeland again?

According to the news, long and secret negotiations were going in between the azerbaijani and hungarian partners - even untill today, we still do not know, what those negotiations were about. Only a few weeks, days after the news broke that Azerbaijan is planning to purchase hungarian state bonds in the volume of billions of dollars, Viktor Orban and his cabinet made possible Ramil Safarov's parole on the eve of the Independence Day of Nagorno-Karabakh.

We protest against and reject that Viktor Orban and his cabinet would sacrifice Hungary's honor for the promise of billions of dollars, or any other real or perceived benefits.

Therefore, we call on Viktor Orbán to announce the reasons for his or his cabinet's decision on extraditing Ramil Safarov.

Therefore, we call on Tibor Navracsics and János Martonyi to choose: they can resign either because of the fact that their work as Ministers are not needed - as they are not making any desisions at their Ministries field -, or they shall resign as they are professionally incompetent, which incompetence brought shame on our Homeland yet again.
